I download the technic launcher,double-click on the launchers icon,and it gives me an Application Error!The error says:"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click on OK to terminate the application".
It doesnt create a new folder in C:/Documents and Settings/Admin/Application Data(<---- hidden folder) but it goes to C:/Documents and Settings/Admin/My Documents.Keep in mind that i cant open the launcher because of the error and maybe it will install to Application Data if i open it .
P.S.-The computer went to pre-install(only the C folder) and also got a new video card.And i have Java installed to the latest version.My operating system is Microsoft XP and antivirus program is avast but it wasn't on when i attempted to open the launcher.Please help i REALLY want to play tekkit!And this is the second time i write the first time noone helped.
