All the technic launcher games are very slow

Antivirus Program: McAffee Pro

Description of Problem:

My computer has had alot of trouble running any technic launcher game.

It does 7-9 frames per sec.

My computers specs are

Intel i7 extreme 4.5GHz

8 Gigs of RAM

and a 2g Nvidia gtx 680.

I know my computer can do alot more becuase my mates computer which has a 2.89 GHz i5 and a 1gb radeon 6370 does 60 frames.

How much RAM do you allocate? Also, just by curiosity, but your processor is overclocked, isn't it?

I have alloctaed 4 gig ram and yer it overclocked

A few questions then:

1) Are you using 64-bit Java? If not, you should be.

2) It's probably not, but is this a laptop by chance?

3) Can you provide a launcher log to look at?

I am using a laptop a alienware m17x the reason i have a i7 extreme becuase i put in there myself.

You would know this if you'd read the stickies like you were supposed to. Anyway, that's irrelevant at this point, since the problem has become clear. You need to make sure Minecraft, the launcher, and Java are set to run with the NVidia card instead of an integrated chipset. Your NVIDIA Control Panel should let you do that.
