Title: NetherOres stops Tekkit from starting

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Debian squeeze 32-bit

Java Version: Java 6

Description of Problem:

A clean install of 3.1.1, and a clean update of 3.1.2, both fail because of NetherOres. Quarantining the mod allows Tekkit to start.

Error Messages:

A problem has occured during mod loading. Likely a corrupt jar is located in your mods directory

Error Log:

That sounds reasonable. Thank you very much!

Hmm. Okay, but this means that Tekkit's incompatible with Debian squeeze -- at least, until you leave the package manager and start going to some trouble. A lot of trouble. Is this worth documenting anywhere?

Really? There are plenty of people on other Distro's who aren't having trouble...

Yes. I didn't say it's a problem with /Linux/, just Debian stable. Java 7's not in it. You'll be fine if you're running testing or unstable, and if you go around the package manager to pull in Java 7 you'll be fine too... hmm. Wonder if I could patch launch.sh to detect Debian-ness?
