Is the core generating force power? Have you used blank cards somewhere here?

I linked the core and the projector with a blank card so now its a frequency card. And no, the core isn't generating any force power.

Could you take a closer screenshot? I have difficulty to see some details. Is the core receiving a redstone signal? And the projector?

Wait right there... Are you actually outputting a MFSU with tin cable? You want to watch the world burn?

Replace all tin cable with glass fiber.

Then, make sure the output of the MFSU (The dot) goes toward your EU injector.

Also, what is your energy source? If it can go through a tin cable, I fear it's nowhere enough.
