Description of Problem:

So.. I'm playing on my Tekkit server with my friend, who has been de-opped the whole time, yet sometimes I can kick him and sometimes I can't. He can open my personal safe and kick other people as well. The thing is, I don't trust him that much.. He can spawn stuff whenever he likes.. Which is not what I want. I tried de-opping him via chat and console and it says it succeeded but he still seems to be op. I also checked the server op.txt file and his name isn't there.

Anyone have any ideas?

If it is not GroupManager. This person could be a Hacker

do /gamemode friendname 0. If you want to make really shure that he aing OP, check the OP.txt in the root of the server.
