Disconnected by server when using teleporters

Every time I use a teleporter on a tekkit server I go on, I get disconnected by the server for "You moved too quickly (hacking)". I had another teleporter setup on the same server and never had this problem. I can't even get back on because of the teleporter. Is this a bug or the server's fault?

It could really be either, if the server added a plugin since the last teleporter you made. However, the biggest question is, what were you using to fire the teleporter? Constant RS signals leave the teleporter on, and can cause both bounceback and hacking messages.

The server has the same plugins on as it did before and I was using buttons for the teleporters to activate them.
