technic launcher won't open vanilla mincraft

I keep on getting a version.jar error and a crash error with any mod i download. i have no idea on how to fix it will some on please help.

You are trying to run 3rd party modpacks (no support here).

You are using windows 10 without the correct graphics drivers.Read here:

actually using the mod-packs you can install right off of the launcher. also i have read this thread before and i wasn't able to find any way to get the graphics card to update outside of letting windows find it its self which it always says that its up to date

scratch that actually couldnt update it it 10.18.15.4256 driver any way i just have a shitty computer
