is there a way to tarnsport lava from the nether to the normal world

It always works with Buckets / Lava Cells but thats inconvenient.

You can run a pump in the nether, fill a tank with lava, and use an deployer + empty buckets to fill the buckets with lava. Then bring those buckets in an enderchest and extract the buckets from the ender chest in the normal world.

Yep.

Use a IC pump filled with empty cells, then transport lava cells into a ender chest/teleport pipe

Note nether won't be loaded if you are in the overworld.
