When I open the Launcher the logo appears and then I cant close it. And the launcher doesn't load.

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: 64x Windows 7.

Java Version: Version 7 Update 5

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

When I open the launcher a small logo appears that says 'Loading' and then a larger logo appears that says 'Technic Launcher'. After this nothing happens. There is no error message. The logo doesn't close and I cant close it without logging out my computer then back in.

There's no way I can disable Norton because I don't have access to the account. But its been working for months and I've had Norton installed on my computer before I first downloaded the launcher.
