how to make farm work?

Hey

Im trying to make it work that my farm is growing while noone is online on the server

ive put down a world anchor block

and i thought the crops would grow while i was logged off from the server or just not close to the crops (chunk loaded).

can i make this work somehow

atm crops just wont grow fast enough and i cant sit and look at em all the time to make em grow faster... :p
