NEI has disappeared

Hello there. Let me start off by saying hello to everyone, and I thank you for your patience trying to help me with my current problem.

I have perused the bug forums and stickies hoping to find a solution to my particular problem, but have so far come up as unsucessful. You see, my particular problem is that not too long ago my NEI has disappeared. Now whenever I open my inventory, I just get this...

I am unsure what has caused the crash. I have never used the search function, nor have I ever used the recipe function, nor have I done anything with mob spawners save for 2 Mooshroom eggs. I currently run a Tekkit server for my friends, and I am the only one with this problem, so I have deduced it is not a server problem. I have tried the solutions posted in both of the above threads, but to no avail. I also deleted the technic launcher and reinstalled, but alas the problem persists.

If anyone has any insight, that would be most appreciated.
