Alright so when I run launch.bat in the server files after extracting them this is what I get

Error occured during initialization of UM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

if you use notepad to open it, you see

java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

pause

how much ram do you have in your system? is it running 64-bit java? if its not running 64-bit java and/or doesnt have 3 gigs of ram, change it to

java -Xmx1536M -Xms1024M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

Why did you have to pick such a piss-poor thread title. "Help Meh ;(" is shitty and you should be ashamed. It should probably be, oh I don't know, "Could not reserve enough space for object heap"? so someone glancing at your thread goes "Hey I know all about that!".

If they see a shitty internet-worded 'meh' in the title they are going to assume you are someone that doesn't really need help, since you didn't bother saying what your problem was, and you never get your answer.

Also if you would have looked you would have seen that havocx42 posted a fix this morning for you.
