How do I set up a grate to get water from a pool of water and then fill up another hole?

Grate on both ends, use fluid pipe to connect, a redpower pump in the middle. Make sure the pump gets enough power then switch the lever.

Blutricity, you can use redpower solar panels or thermalpailes. Use a battery box to store blutricity and use bluetric cables to transfer.

Sorry, blutricity is a completely stand on its own form of energy. There's no way you can do that.
