The launcher does not open

so i donwloaded technic again becasue i fancied playing a bit of tekkit classic and its all fine and i can play the game, but after i closed the launcher i could not open it again, i click it and run as admin (because i thought that might fix it) and it doesnt open HALP!

Can you get me the latest log from .technic/logs ? Open it, select all the contents and copy it to http://paste.ubuntu.com, fill in the author and hit paste, the site will reload, copy the link and post it here.
