I am Missing a lot of stuff from Tekkit?

I had Tekkit 2.x installed a couple months ago or whatever, and recently got the newest release of it so me and my girlfriend could play. However I am missing tonnes of items and I am unsure as to why. Most of, if not all the Equivilent Exchange stuff is gone -- the different transport pipes are not there or anything. Can't figure out why.

What version of Tekkit are you using exactly?

Check and see if the Mods are being loaded. If not, I would suggest reinstalling them and seeing if that helps.
