Can't host tekkit server

Hi i am trying to host a tekkit server using a mac but when i click on the launch.bat it comes up with this error Users/03147/Downloads/Tekkit_Server_3.1.2\ \(1\)/launch.bat ; exit;

Unable to access jarfile Tekkit.jar

/Users/03147/Downloads/Tekkit_Server_3.1.2 (1)/launch.bat: line 2: pause: command not found

logout is there anyway to fix this
