Tekkit Server Creation Issues

Hey guys, sorry if this is a noobish question to ask,but i have NO idea how to create my own tekkit server. . .I just dont know what to do! Is there someone who can help me with this? My friends are really badly wanting a good tekkit server to play on and they choose me to be the one to create it. So if you may please help me. . . The issue is whenever i double-click the launch file nothing happens. . .This is what i get

Error: Unable to access jarfile Tekkit.jar

Move the folder to somewhere other than the desktop.

Also, Google and YouTube are your friends. There are hundreds of guides on how to start a server.

Ok done. . .I have tried Youtube and Google and all the ones that i have tried dont show me everything or the correct things to do. So if you could be so kind can you give me a link to one that you know will work>
