couldnt get lock for ...\ModLoader.txt

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with tekkit 2.0. when I try to run the server for the first time I get the following error:

I've tried a couple of things to fix this:

- I downloaded a new zip file and extracted it again.

- I reinstalled my java.

- I am logged in as admin but to be sure I used the button to boot it as admin.

- I tried to run the program in safety mode since I thought the file might have been in use.

Here are my specs :

windows 7 ultimate edition 64 bit

java 7 64 bit ( although also tried 6 )

I have 8 gb of ram so that should be enough

( tried it with tekkit 2.0 and tekkit 2.1)

What am I doing wrong or what is causing this ?

p.s. I know how to host a server I've been hosting a bukkit server since 1.7.

What path is the server installed in? Make sure there are no special characters in the path.

Omg didn't know it would be that easy.

Is there a reason why I cant use special chars in the path ?

I wanted to put the folder next to my bukkit folder so I used a %.
