Every time server turns on after the 3.1.2 update it says failed to bind port and I get the java.net.BindException error. I have checked for java.exe or javaw.exe and those are not running but when I click launch the java.exe turns on like it should. (as some more info. My friend has made a server for tekkit for 3.1.2 and it worked fine then he went out of town and now it has this same problem.)
