My Friend can't connect to my server!

I have a tekkit server 3.1.2 and one of my friends can't connect! My others can, but he can't. I use Hamachi. He can connect to other tekkit servers but not mine. his tekkit is up to date. Any help? B the way, I have online mode set to false. Please help.
