Description of Problem:

I start the TECHNIC LAUNCHER and after I enter my minecraft username and password, select any kind of mod or just vannila minecraft, after it says CONNECTING TO MINECRAFT.NET and CHECKING FOR UPDATES it starts retrieving minecraft.jar and at about 25% it stops.After 1 or 2 minutes (of retrying???) it says DOWNLOAD FAILED!!!

PLEASE HELP!
