impossible to craft rails

Title: impossible to craft rails

OS: windows 7

Java Version: java 7

Description of Problem:

when crafting rails you need a rail bed and 6 standard rail . but to craft standard rail you need 8 rails, so it is impossible to craft any type of rail.

6 Iron = 8 Rails

Note: Rails are the component used to craft Tracks, Tracks are what the cart rides on.

EDIT: You can also use 8 TRACKS (in the shape of a chest) to craft 2 RAILS
