Creeper Help

ANy recommended ways to keep Creepers out of a village Golems don't do crap and ocelots are annoying after a while. Im open to plugins as well and creepers have become a hug problem because they are spawning like crazy. i wish the turret mod was in here so any suggestions

Interdiction torches, fences and normal torches, a wall and normal torches, or turn off creepers. Make sure the village is litup so they dont still spawn inside..
