MODS NOT LOADING

Operating System: Windows7

Java Version: ver7up5

Antivirus Program: none

Description of Problem:

I boot up TechnicSSP and it boots fine, but it says that none of the mods are loaded. I can create a new world fine, but I cant spawn in any machines or technic related materials. this happens with either recommended or development builds.

Error Messages:

On the launcher in the bottom left corner it says "51 mods not loaded"

When you say that you can't "spawn items" do you mean that they are not showing up in NEI or that they don't work when you click on them. Also could you PM/Post a pic of the "Mods not loaded" thing?
