Title: Failed to bind to Port

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: 64x

Description of Problem:

I know that this probably isn't really a 'Tekkit' issue, but this was the most relevant section I could find. I've been hosting a Tekkit server via Hamachi for myself and a few friends, but Hamachi was buggy and prone to screwing up the rest of my internet, so I decided to set up port forwarding. I've done that correctly, got the server on the same port as what I've forwarded, but when I provide an IP address in the server properties file, the port won't bind. If I leave it blank, it works fine, but I need the IP so my friends can connect. Any ideas?

Error Messages:

if you want a local server for your network only, make sure your connfig its ip line looks like this:

server-ip=192.168.XXX

if you want a public server to wich other poeple can connect, leave this line empty.

server-ip=
