[bug]Mod Select problem

Okay im going to start off by saying .cfg files are set to use notepad, my problem is i click the mod select button and it asks to where i want to move the modloader.cfg, ive tried letting it move, canceling and trying again and i have no clue how to get this to work... If there is no way to fix this is there a way to get the old installer style?

i have windows XP, so im launching from the .jar if that helps

Instead of opening ModLoader.cfg from the launcher, try opening it by typing in %Appdata% into an Explorer window, opening .techniclauncher, then technicssp\tekkit\yogbox\whatever, then config, then open ModLoader.cfg with a text editor.

just tried that and the modloader.cfg is blank....

Did you actually launch Minecraft once? If so, then you need to clear the cache from the Options button.

okay clearing the cache got it so i can do it manually, but its still technically a bug with the launcher...Thx, also thx for speedy replies
