Description of Problem:

Hey all...

Im new to this server thing, so any help would be appreciated. Im running it on same computer as my single player Minecraft/Tekkit. When I start it up it doesn't show anything under Multiplayer.

As I said any help would be great...

You have to ADD it to the list...

click the add server button, and then input your server's ip address. if it is running off of the same machine, you can likely just put 127.0.0.1 (which is local host, i.e., your machine) and that should work. If you want to allow others to connect to the server, and have a router setup, you will need to portforward the appropriate ports through the router, to your machine before they can connect. They would need your EXTERNAL IP address, as they are connecting from outside of your network.
