Not Generating Structures

I am almost positive I have installed the Tekkit mod correctly on my server. So when I logged on I noticed it didn't generate any Technic/Tekkit structures like volcanoes or any of the ores. Can someone please tell me what to do or what I did wrong?

You should really just use the base fle setup provided on the main page and remove the mods you do not want on the server.

That way your less likely to have a problem and all you need to do is run the start batch file.
