McMMO Versions w/Mod Tools & Blocks etc Not Working

Hi there,

I've been trying for hours to find a build of McMMO which both allows the use of Tools & Blocks from Mods to gain exp etc and also actually works with Tekkit 3.1.2.

I've searched all over for fixes and dev builds and what not but I simply can't find one that works. Either the build works but is too old to have the Modded Tools & Blocks feature (came in 1.3.07), I'll get my console spammed constantly with errors (I mean the console is going crazy) then the server finally loads but McMMO hasn't enabled or it seems to have enabled fine (sort of) but when I get ingame and use a command like /mcstats or /woodcutting etc., it says "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command." - Pastebin of error.

I really need some help with this because a lot of my users have been mentioning it and I know it can be done.

Any help would be much appreciated,

I managed to get it working with a dev build of some description but I can't remember which one exactly. I'll try and find out and reply to this again.
