mod help

ok so im wanting to take techmans galatic mod and put it into dig bigs mod on my computer because the one in techmans mod is more of an updated version of the galatic mod any help would be nice please and thank you

You simply drag and drop the mod you want into the mods folder and delete the one you don't want. However, there may be issues with updated versions, such as incompatibilities or newer forge versions required. If you are asking where to find the modpack files at then in the technic launcher just select "Modpack Options" on whichever pack you want, and next to the install location hit "Open"

i did the drag and drop idea and it acted like it was loading then went to a dark gray screen then nothing

You removed the other one right? Most likely it is an issue with the newer version, wrong version numbers, wrong forge, incompatibilities or missing/outdated dependencies. Can you link me the "fml-client-latest.log" file from the logs folder after trying to run the game at least once

i tried drag and drop thing again and now its not even shower galactic craft as i mod in the game anymore i cant find any of the logs anywhere 

 

but when i put the original galactic craft files that came in big dig it shows up the mod when i load the game it only doesnt show when i put the galactic craft mod from techman into big dig it doesnt show the galactic craft mod

Galacticraft also requires middoodlecore  and galacticraftplanets to work, did you copy both of those files over?
