ReAp3rCl0Wn Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 I'm new to running a Attack of the B-Team Server and I attempted to get PermissionsEx and Essentials. So i downloaded them for version 1.6.4 and put the jars and such into the mod folder like I would for a bukkit server. However the server won't create a .yml and I'm not entirely sure why.
