Grey blocks on Item slot UI

I'm getting these strange grey squares, it's only happening in Tekkit and seemingly one server. Vanilla minecraft and technic is fine.

When you use NEI to search for an item, it greys out items that dont match, even in your inventory. Clear out the search text at the bottom and see if they go away.

Seems to have solved the problem, I feel like a stupid newbie, thanks

It's all good. Admittedly i did the same thing for a day or so when i first started playing Tekkit...haha

This is an advanced feature that i assume is used to do inventory search on a large chest. to turn off this function, double click the search bar and the search bar should turn grey instead of golden yellow
