Tekkit Legend Server

I recently closed my tekkit server and created a Tekkit Legends Server last night, this evening, i had logged onto server and it was offline, so i restarted the server itself then restarted tekkit legends server and it wont load this is new to me and i have errors and dont know why, i  have googled and havent found a solution, but i will say i have accepted the EULA = true

This is what i used to load Server:  java -Xmx3G -Xms1G -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -jar "TekkitLegends.jar" nogui

I have 4 gig ram alliocated on server. but only set to 3g i actually have 3708mb i can use but i go with 3 to be safe and this is a acutal dedicated server of my own.
