Title: Block Breakers not working on server

OS: Server, I don't know the details.

Java Version: 32 bit

Description of Problem:

After have some lag issues on the server one Admin stopped and started the server back up(Didn't use the /reload command.). Afterwords the block breakers that were set up stopped working, breaking and replacing them doesn't fix the problem. No other problems were notice(i.e. Energy condensers still work, timers still ran, and machines are unaffected.). Sorry if this isn't enough information.

All the mods that change the world, use fake players to do so. You need to give those fake players permission to modify the world. Whatever plugins you are running need to provide op status to the players [redpower],[buildcraft],[industrialcraft], ect. Without any plugins that need their configs modified, the simplest way to do this is to just input /op [redpower] into the counsel.

If you got plugins such as PermissionsEX & modifyworld installed, simply do

/pex user [redpower] add modifyworld.*

This is much safer than op'ing it.
