Launching Older Versions of Technic (pre 6.1) = Update Failed

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 v6.1 32-bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_05

Antivirus Program: AVG (disabled) Windows Firewall (disabled)

Description of Problem:

After selecting manual build in the launchers' options for Technic Pack v 6.0.7/MC 1.1 the launcher attempts to update the minecraft.jar up to 98% then gives an 'update failed' error message.

Edit: I've also tried reinstalling the launcher as well as deleting both .techniclauncher and .minecraft folders.

Edit: Still reads update failed after trying to download the minecraft.jar. Is it that the .jar download for MC v1.1 is not available anymore?

Hej I'm having the same problem with Technic, but its with all updates for me. I've tried with all the other packs inside of Technic Launcher and they work good with the different versions and the current version.

You need to post your own bug report. Problems like this are very rarely caused by the same things and this thread has not been posted in for months so you are unlikely to get help here
