Massive lag spikes only in technic

Description of Problem:

Whenever I play Technic I get massive lag spikes every 1 to 2 seconds but it doesnt happen in any of the other games.

I used to get lag on Technic, and I run Crysis 2 on max graphics smoothly, so no worries there. How much RAM are you allocating? What is your FPS normally/in a lagspike?

try to update java to 7, but makesure to uninstall 6.

tone down graphics,

add ram to 1.5gb (might help)

how many hamsters is your system? 32 or 64?

Its 32 and i just uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled it and its fine now but thanks.
