The Technic Launcher doesnt have 1.3+ to choose from

Description of Problem:

When i open the Technic Launcher and want to choose what version of Minecraft I wish to play it only sais '3.1.2|1.2.5|Latest|Rec. Build' nothing higher. I was wondering why this is so

All of the mods the technic pack uses have to be updated first. This is likely to take a while.
