server giving me a bunch of errors when starting

hello everyone,

whenever I try to run my tekkit server it gives me a bunch of errors and ive searched through the tekkit forums but have not found anything that could help me.Its kind of strange because i've been running the server since Tekkit got updated for minecraft 1.8.1 and i've never had this problem before.

i have modified the launch.bat file so it says:

java -Xmx1G -Xms512M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

pause

because whenever i tried running with the default setting it said "could not reserve enough memory for object heap".
