Tekkit server errors out and doesnt work when starting

I downloaded the server and tried to tun it(windows 7 64 bit) and what i go from the command prompt is that every single mod seems to find a way not to load properly or isnt found where it needs to be. I looked in the mods folder and saw that they were all there. Should they be unzipped? did i set it up wrong?

delete netherores in the mods file, try it then post the log again

Ok so that fixed it but how do we fix nether ores to work?

I had to do the same thing with that mod and with craft tabl 2 or 3

ive heard the way to fix that is to update to java 7, but i have just gone without it. and they took out crafting table 3 im pretty sure
