Tekkit Server Severe Errors

Description of Problem:

Every time I try to launch my Tekkit server which began to lag last night, it stops starting up and begins displaying errors. I've tried everything from messing with my Firewall to deleting Nether Ores, Forcefields, and a couple other mods. PLEASE HELP!
