Description of Problem:

I have taken over hosting a server (locally on my PC) from a friend, and whenver somebody tries to join, they only load 1 to 8 chunks and no more. I do not have this issue locally. Starting a new world fixes this. Downloading all the server files again and just copying the world files from the old one does NOT solve the issue. Thanks in advance for your time.

Yep it really easy.

Step One: Post your own bug report

Step Two: Stop necroing long dead threads.

3 weeks is recently dead - I'm not sure I'd call it long dead. Anyway, locked.
