There is an area in my tekkit map where when i enter it my fps goes from 60 to 1-5. Anyone know why?

There could be many possible things causing it, but unless you give us details there's no way to tell.

In my console theres a spam of Can't keep up! Did the system time change or is the server overloaded

It's where me and friends settled for the entire lifetime of the map. Lots of transport tubes that are moving diamonds (Might be why) We have built a lot around and in this area. Underground is filled with strip mines. One last thing is that we have a lot of crystal chests that are filled. Thats about it that i can think of that can lag

Try replacing the crystal chests with diamond chests.

Okay, Crystal chests can be a source of lag if they're full of different types of things, and if you have a pipe that's overloaded and dropping things, that can kill the framerate. go in there and switch to a type of chest that doesn't show you its contents, and make sure to clean up any pipes that are spilling.
