launcher wont launch

well ive downloaded the jar and exe and none of them seem to work at all

windows 10 64bit
java 8u65 64bit

step by step on how far i got
1. download
2. open
3. install location
4. nothing
ignore the cmd prompt behind
.Jar version

.exe version

 

and i need to force close them through the task manager to be able to use that screen
and heres the log i got from only the .jar the .exe doesnt make 1 for some reason
