Update fails at 5%

Operating System: Win 7, 64 Bit

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Everytime i try to update tekkit, It fails at 5%. Ive tryed disabling my AV that only gets it up to 15% then it fails. I tryed running as admin. Fails at 50%. Troubleshooted it and it said incompatible program.

Try it again, there were some problems with the minecraft servers earlier.

Norton may well be screwing things up, as I've seen far too many times.

Sometimes disabling it while running the launcher isn't enough, just to warn you.
