Launching Tekkit serveur

Hello,

I am having issues to set up a tekkit serveur. I searched for help on the web and on this forum, but after a few hours, it is still unsuccessful...

OS : Windows 7

Java : Only one version installed, 7.0.70.10 (the lastest)
