Getting Technic Launcher Dev BUild

Can someone give me the links to the download for Technic Dev build, the latest one, because the H/M servers i wana play require the Dev build and i cant find the download. Also can i have the downloads for Mac and Windows

There is no development build, there is only a recommended build. Unless you have a mental disorder of being unable to click on an option box. I recommend you try out 0.0.1 launcher, it's so awesome, you have to install all of the mods MANUALLY.
