Tekkit Server Mods

Using the latest tekkit server build 3.1.2 on my server.

What i am looking for is a mod that gives commands to normal users like the ops tp command, the ability to set home points on the fly and adds functionality to ops to set permanent warps that players can then use to get around on the world.

I am new to this whole minecraft thing so my knowledge of whats out there is very limited.

I would prefer that this mod be serverside only so that my players only have to download the technic launcher to be good to go and so that i can control what a player is able to do on the server.

Its called "ESSENTIALS" *Dun Dun DUNN!*. You should look up some guides on starting a server, this is basic stuff.
