Tekkit Server Error - Dimmap.dat

Description of Problem:

Half a minute or so after launching the server it comes up with a huge stream of error messages and no-one can join. Please Help?

i have this problem too. anyone?

Some more information please; OS, hosted on your own PC or with a host, etc.

Something is holding onto the file that shouldn't. My first inclination is antivirus, but mileage may vary as I haven't seen this before and Google isn't helping .
