How do i disable tekkit items with worldguard?

I have a server and i want to disable ee items such as gem armour nukes etc. Anyone know how?

you can either use world guard which gave me a lot of trouble. Or you can use the noitem plugin which really works and is nice. http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/noitem/

Your gonna want to also ban the right click of the philosophers stone as players can really use that to grief spawn, protected buildings, etc. I used worldguard for this.
