Trying to play Tekkify, wont work, says communication error/cant connect

Operating System: Windows

Java Version: Latest? 7u7

Antivirus Program: AVG anti-virus free edition 2012

Description of Problem:

everytime i try and connect to tekkify it wont work it says communication error or end of stream, or cant connect to server. i can connect fine to other servers but tekify just wont work. whats going on?

Error Messages:

cant connect to server

communication error

end of stream

internal javanet exception

Maybe if you read the common problems and solutions thread, you could found your answer. You are most likely using a different Tekkit version than the server. Find out what the server Tekkit version is and make sure your client matches that version. You can select the version of your client in the options menu on the launcher.
